So I don't know why I blog because Facebook usually takes care of everything but I have nothing to do because of this stupid snow! Gaaah
Anyway - I got my housing offer today and it's not exactly what I wanted so I have the option to reject it and the live "off " campus. The reason for the " " is because it's techinically owned by Columbia but other schools can live there and it's not considered on campus housing. I got offered the cheapest housing they have.. which is.. get this $9,552 per year. Haha yes my parents are so excited for this school.. but I get to live in CHICAGO. You pay for the name in all aspects of the world.
So this off campus housing is what we think is almost $1,000 cheaper. (every little but helps) and it's 30 times nicer. I already have a roommate, she's very cool and I can totally see us being good friends which is a relief considering the Chadron situation. It comes with a 42" flat screen tv. I know, bangin'.
I have until the 22nd to decide on the on campus housing but if I reject that and I don't get into the off campus ones I could be in big trouble. I have a huge decision to make this weekend haha. My roommate is going to see the lofts on sunday so she'll let me know if they're really as amazing as they look on the site.

I have a paper due on tuesday and I don't know how many pages it's supposed to be sooo I'm going to have to guesstimate haha. Hopefully I find the sheet before tuesday. Maybe thats what i'll do tonight.
Finals start in 2 weeks. Wahooo! Almost donnneee then I can get on with real college.
